James joined the KGDC staff in 1998. He brought with him five years of experience teaching instructional gymnastics and coaching team gymnastics in the state of Kansas. James is one of the four owners of KGDC and coaches the Twisters Levels 7 through Elite.
Kristen began teaching gymnastics in 1990 at KGDC while in college at the University of Kansas. After receiving a B.S. Degree in Lifetime Health and Fitness, she left Kansas and moved to Boston. While in Boston, she was the director of a local gym for seven years. She returned to KGDC in 2003 as the Instructional Program Director and is also one of the four owners.
Billie Pinkham is one of the four owners of KGDC. Billie began teaching recreational classes at age 16 and started coaching competitive gymnastics in 1999. Billie graduated in 1997 and has a degree in Child Development from Oklahoma State University. Billie is married, has 4 children, and enjoys spending time with her family.
Crystal Grasser is the Office Manager for KGDC. She began working for KGDC in November 2012. She is married and has 2 girls. Taylor, age 15, and Addi, age 8, is currently a level 4 for the KGDC Twisters. Crystal has her B.A. in Sports Administration from Wichita State University.
Katie was a gymnast for over 10 years, and competed Level 2 through Level 7 and has been coaching since she was 16. She earned a degree in Exercise Science at KU to help become a better coach and understand the physiology and physics of the sport. Katie has been apart of the KGDC family since 2014, she currently coaches JO team, XCEL and is our Public Relations Director. Feel free to send any videos and pictures for her to use on social media.
Sarah has been involved in the gymnastics world basically her whole life. She was a competitive gymnast from age 8 to 17, and she started coaching when she was 15. Sarah has a degree in sociology from the University of Kansas. The love of working with kids is what she enjoys the most about coaching and her favorite events to coach are beam and floor.
Michael joined the KGDC family in 2016. Having obtained experience and knowledge while he was a High School athlete, Collegiate athlete, and Boys Team coach in school. Michael built his passion in Cheerleading in 2007 after receiving an All-American designation by the National Cheerleaders Association. Michael then went on to work as an Instructor for the same institution before taking his skills to Kansas State University where he pursued his degree in Sociology. Michael's talent and knowledge allowed him to follow a coaching course which took him from humble High School Teams, to prominent Club All-Star teams, and into the Collegiate Coaching world as well. He currently is in charge of coordinating Cheerleading classes, events, clinics, as well as Ninja Storm Classes & Events.
