What should a Level 7 gymnast be able to do?
As with all levels, a gymnast must be proficient in her previous level in order to be able to compete at the higher. Uneven Bars

- Two 360° circling elements (same or different) without hips on bars. (Ex. clear hip circle to a minimum of 45°)
