Why are my front flips so low?
That means you are rotating lower which simply means you’re hitting the pool before you’ve had time to rotate. This is a common mistake when people try to do front flips, into a pool or on the ground. They focus on the rotation and think they get it by throwing their head forwards.

Is it safe to try a front flip?
Front flip is harder to land but less intimidating and safer to a certain extent in the beginning. to me a front flip feels safer because u have alot more chance of landing on your back because right off the bat your head is already tucked in and its just like doing a summersault on the ground.
How do I flip an image?
